Lay's Chocolate Covered Potato Chips

SOOOOOOOOOOO a little pissed today about a purchase I made. so I am gonna try to save anyone else the heartache. DON'T DON'T DON'T BUY Lay's Chocolate Covered Potato Chips. It was insulting. I don't know what the outcome will be, but I couldn't even submit a proper complaint on the website because the bar-code on my bag isn't even recognized. Look at the pictures.









SO bad. So I complained.

Facebook posted this comment with image: SAVE your money. They are not worth it. I have pictures of what I got in my bag and the so not worth 5$, completely false advertising with the images.

Emailed on website complaint: I actually want to email you my photos of what I received for your wonderful new chocolate chips. I use wonderful in an ironic sense. I feel COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. Completely and utterly disgusted. The advertising for them was so promising, and they are a fantastic idea but you poorly executed it, and they turned out like complete crap. I am so mad, and feel ripped off. I've already posted everything all over social media, normally I give you time to do something right, but it's not right. I am a blogger, and use Facebook. If I can stop one other person from saving 5$ rather then wasting it and being completely gutted when they open the bag, then that's what I will do. COME ON, your products are normally wayyyyyyyyy SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHERS. This was almost a slap in the face. Oh we'll slap chocolate on it and no one will notice they are unevenly coated, and not covered everywhere. Totally insulting. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO mad.

Facebook messaged (after they removed my comment and image): Did you seriously remove my complaint, without even addressing it? I tried to submit a complaint on the website, but the bar code for the new stupid chocolate chips aren't even registered. I am SOOOOOOOOO pissed right now. This is truly the worst experience I've ever had with a company.  Anyways it's pretty pathetic that you hid behind being able to remove my post rather then being proactive and nice about the complaint. I am truly insulted.

I have no idea what will come out of this but as soon as I get some sort of response I will let yas know what they did.
