When you can!

It’s all around you.

You may not see it,

But its there.

An unseen force that you can control.

Maybe not tomorrow,

Maybe not right away,

But one day you can move it with just a thought.

Energy is a force.

Some can see it.

All can control it with time.

When controlling energy,

Think of touching someone’s hair,

Then they feel a shiver.

When someone’s feeling down,

You can send them a hug,

Or hold their hand.

They can feel your energy immediately,

They will fell comforted.

The only limit you have is you.

It’s not IF you can.

It’s when you can.

You may not move physical mountain,

But you will move a mountain in someone’s soul.

You will touch someone’s heart.

You might save someone’s life.

If you just try.
